WebJan 16, 2024 · What I can add is that it's a known issue that the Sims 3 launcher is known for making custom content and store content "disappear". From what I have been able to tell, it's still there, it's getting the launcher and game to recognize that it's there. I usually install custom content via the mods\package folder.
