Webb24 jan. 2024 · On completion of the development of the MCSS ©, the 7 subscales were later found to tap into three domains of one of the most influential and widely adopted frameworks for Clinical Supervision, the “Proctor Model” (Proctor, 1986): Normative domain (promotion of standards and clinical audit issues). Webbsupervision models, this article highlights information gathered from a variety of authors on the topic of supervision. It does not represent all models of supervision, nor does it provide a comprehensive description of each supervisory model presented. Rather, the following presents salient defining characteristics of selected models.
