WebTF-CBT is designed to be a comparatively short-term treatment. Most cases of TF-CBT involve 12 to 18 therapy sessions, though it can also last anywhere from 8 to 25 sessions depending on the case. Likewise, the duration of each session can be from 50 to 90 minutes.
