WebUninstalled and reinstalled Support Assist. Now I can do a full scan of my computer, and do so. Naively believing everything was okay, I go back in to Support Assist to scan for drivers. Support Assist then says it's checking to make sure Support Assist is installed on my computer. And again, searches endlessly. After over half an hour I gave up.
