WebThroughout the last semester I have been working for a mental health charity, SAFA Cumbria, which won a bid of £44,000 National Lottery community fund to create an online ‘self-care toolbox’ resource. This was to promote mental health and provide ‘tools’ and techniques, in the form of animations, videos and other art forms. WebLived Experiences We at SAFA have received funding to empower and give hope by sharing local mental health stories. With a chance to feature on our website with your written story, we aim to make a video about your story to share on our SAFA Self Care Toolbox.
