I also took 30/500 cocodamol for about 9 - 10 years. for back pain, sciatica and muscle cramps from being on the floor for up to 12 hours with MD vertigo - not being able to move. I never went over the 8 tablets in 24 hours. At one point I was only taking 2 tablets a day.
