Synonym(s): transluzumab WebThe chemo annihilated the cancer in my lymph node but not my breast tumour - however, it shrank to 2 cm. I had 15 rounds of radiation and 14 infusions of Kadcyla. Kadcyla is Herceptin with chemo attached - targeted therapy that some call “chemo lite”. If your tumour shrinks entirely (PCR) then you will only get Herceptin.
