WebI’m seeing mixed things online about whether asa fumes are harmful or not. Probably between the higher price of it relative to the main 3 abs/pla/petg filaments and potentially needing ventilation to print, I can see why asa hasn’t caught on quite as much though it seems like it has some pretty cool properties. WebASA behaves a lot like ABS and looks a lot like it too. Whereas PETG has a nice high gloss finish that makes all my products look better. Also it has more 'give' than ASA which I find gives more rigid prints. I print PETG straight onto borosilicate glass sheet (at 80-85C) and that gives black PETG an almost mirror finish.
